Josh Kesel is co-founder of Premier Pitching and Performance along with Brian DeLunas, and serves as the CEO and Director of Human Performance for P3. Josh played baseball for Lindenwood University from 2004 – 2006.
Since then, he’s strengthened his knowledge and experience in baseball through coaching several area high school and club teams. In 2015, Josh served as the strength and conditioning coach for the NCAA Division 2 Maryville University baseball team.
Josh has helped shape P3 into the Midwest’s destination for conditioning and pitching excellence. Josh has worked with and coached more than 30 professional baseball players including five current MLB players as well as student-athletes from over 65 universities and colleges. In 2015, he established P3 as a trusted partner with Lindenwood University’s exercise science internship program. Since then, Josh has mentored several students in the exercise science field, and has spoken on their professional panel to graduating seniors.
Josh prides himself on his ability to work with rehabbing clients who have suffered an injury, as well as the healthy clients looking to take their training to the next level. Josh is certified as a strength and conditioning coach through the IYCA, a sports performance coach through the USAW, and is a certified speed and agility coach. He has taken multiple courses through the Postural Restoration Institute (PRI) and is currently working toward their Postural Restoration Trained (PRT) certification. With his training and experience, Josh brings an injury preventive approach to strength and conditioning to keep his athletes performing at their body’s peak potential.
